Liz Sines Ncmg, Icmg

The stewardship of animals has always been a natural part of Liz’s daily life.  Her instinctual abilities found her entrusted with the care of neighborhood and family pets as dog walker and sitter from the age of 7 years old.  As a horse-crazy 11 year old, Liz jumped at the chance to work off riding opportunities in exchange for helping at a local barn and cottage grooming shop.  Liz furthered her Junior Equestrian endeavors clipping horses, grooming barn dogs and show horses, and teaching riding instruction.  Her passion, dedication, and attention to detail opened the door for Liz to work with some of the world’s most highly noted equestrians and maintain a level of excellence even scrutinizing owners found outstanding.  The world of grand-prix show jumpers exposed and required Liz to become competent in many areas of veterinary care, first aid and veterinary assisting, physical therapy, rehabilitation and conditioning, alternative and holistic approaches, and a variety of training techniques.

The extensive travel requirements eventually convinced Liz to accept a position closer to home.  During her tenure working in a large, reputable grooming shop, Liz developed a extensive list of loyal clients who have trusted her for years with their loving companions.

Proud to have completed her National Certified Master Groomer (Ncmg) and International Certified Master Groomer (Icmg) certificates in 2014, Liz is committed to staying current with grooming industry standards by learning the latest breed patterns, styles, techniques, and safety protocols by attending professional conferences and certification workshops.

Liz adores the unique personalities of the spunky terriers as well as the joyful energy of our bubbly Bichons and Pomeranians!  She loves to find a clean, balanced and natural look for any pet’s job description, whether it be family pet or working dog.  She has a forte for grooming even the most challenging pet.  Liz believes that we, as human beings, have a responsibility to assure that all beings on earth are treated and cared for with respect, patience and commitment.
